Overall Description
Attractive beach house with several units available. All units have telephone with unlimited free local and long distance calling, individually controlled air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator and cook top. The building has three deck areas which are commonly enjoyed by all the tenants occupying the building. A laundry area with free washer and dryer are available. Comfortable patio lounge chairs and a number of chairs are provided which can be taken down to the beach.
Unit 1 (1st Floor)
This is our largest unit containing two large bedrooms with en suite shower baths. The large great room/kitchen with large windows and French doors provides a beautiful view and access to our 20’ x 50’ deck and the silver sands of New Smyrna Beach. This unit sleeps six comfortably with two queen size beds and one futon. (more info)
This is the owners private unit and is never rented.
Unit 3 (2nd Floor)
This is a smaller, two bedroom, one bath second floor unit with a full size, queen size bed, and a futon in the great room. Windows overlook an upstairs sun deck and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps up to six persons. (more info)
Unit 4 (2nd Floor)
A studio unit with a hideaway, wall mounted, Murphy bed and a queen size Murphy bed. It has a lovely open feeling with its curved walls and five large windows. This unit contains the biggest bathroom in the house with a full size bathtub/shower facility. It is located on the south side of the building and has a lovely ocean view. It sleeps up to four people.(more info)
Unit 5 (2nd Floor)
This small affordable ocean front unit contains one bath and one bedroom with a Queen size bed. The living room area has a small loveseat couch. If you have more that two people in your party a rollaway single bed is available for an extra guest or child.(more info)
