Wow, what a
beautiful place to be. We loved our stay, and left with
hopes
of having the chance to come back and do it all over

Just wanted
to tell you how much my best friend and I enjoyed
staying in Unit 4 of New Smyrna Beach House March 18-21.
Love the paint colors and all the little touches you've
added. And I tried both the Murphy bed and the futon,
and they both slept very well. We left a couple of
"Wal-Mart" beach chairs (bright orange and green) by the
deck storage bin for others to use. Hope to visit NSB
again soon.

I have been
meaning to write since we left the beach house last week
but the time got away from me! I just had to thank you
for sharing your wonderful beach house with my fiancé
and I. We had a wonderful time - Unit 5 was just perfect
for our romantic beach vacation get away and we will
surely recommend New Smyrna Beach House to friends and
family. We left a beach umbrella and raft behind for
others to enjoy!

It was a
very nice stay at your place and thanks for your help
and flexibility (with wireless internet it would be
perfect; we had it the first day but not after that).
We'll be in touch the next time we or our friends come

As a landlord myself, feedback is always helpful, so
here are some more impressions:
* Great interior decorating; really added a nice
atmosphere (though I'm not much for all the pillows on
the beds as you need to then store them to use the bed;
but I know its a popular style).
* The AC worked great and was well balanced among the
rooms.
* The big porch was a great place to sit around. The
railing tends to be at eye-level when sitting, so blocks
the ocean view. Maybe higher tables with higher chairs.
The hose and showers on the porch are great.
* Two laundry rooms are great.
* Water pressure and hot water worked well.
